This week, the Texas-based creamery announced the return of its popular Southern Blackberry Cobbler ice cream to great fanfare. The decadent concoction involves a luscious blackberry ice cream combined with flaky pie crust pieces and a blackberry sauce swirl.
“What makes our cobbler so good? No baking required and it is made with great-tasting ice cream!” the beloved brand wrote on Facebook.

Blue Bell’s Southern Blackberry Cobbler is available in half-gallon sizes in stores now. But don’t delay, it will only be around for a limited time. Get it while it’s hot—er, cold!
